I have been invited once more to be part of Comic Con Baltics 2019! This was both a huge honor and a great source of panic, as I have had nowhere near the available time to develop something specific as I did the previous year. Life as a professional artist with kids can be difficult, especially at the early stage of one’s career where a double amount of effort is required of you. This led me to the topic I discussed in my lecture: the artists’s life struggles, both in the short- and long term. We talked without taboos about procrastination, distractions, frustrations, health issues, family life, time management, how to understand yourself, set your goals and of course achieve them! We also had a bit of time afterwards to extend the discussion in a small group.
